This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website (revenueberry.com) or any of our mobile applications ("Software"), including Makeup Identifier, Handbag Identifier, and other utility or lifestyle apps we publish.

Information We Collect

To provide a better experience, we may collect the following types of data:

Device Information

Such as device type, operating system version, screen resolution, language, and general app usage statistics.

Crash & Performance Data

In case of errors, we may collect anonymized log data via third-party services to diagnose and fix issues faster.

User-Provided Information

Some apps may request access to your camera, photos, or microphone to power features like product identification, shade matching, or designer-bag authentication. Photos are processed only to return a result and are not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver that result, unless you explicitly save them.

We only collect data that is necessary to deliver or improve our features, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Photo & Face Analysis

This section applies only to apps published by us that include a photo-analysis or face/hair-scan feature, such as AI Stylist: Outfit Check. If an app does not offer these features, this section does not apply to it.

What we collect

When you use the face & hair scan, the app captures a selfie photo you take with your camera or choose from your photo library. When you ask for an outfit verdict, you may also submit a photo of an outfit. From the selfie we read visual styling characteristics only — face shape, skin undertone, and hair type, length, and color. These photos and the characteristics read from them are referred to here as "face data" and "photo data."

How we collect it

Photos are captured only when you actively choose to scan or upload, after granting camera or photo-library permission and after agreeing to AI photo analysis on the in-app consent screen shown before your first scan. We never access your camera or library in the background.

How we use it

Photos and the characteristics read from them are used solely to generate personalized styling recommendations (flattering colors, jewelry metals, hairstyle and finishing-touch suggestions). We do not perform facial recognition, do not create a faceprint or biometric identifier, and do not use your photos to identify you, build an advertising profile, or for any purpose other than producing your styling results.

Who we share it with (Google — Gemini AI)

To analyze your photos, we send them to Google, which performs the image analysis using its Gemini API (Google's generative-AI service). Google acts solely as our processing provider to return the styling analysis. We do not share your photos or face data with any other third party, and we never sell them. Google provides protections for this data that are the same or equal to those described in this policy: under the Gemini API terms, data sent to the API is not used to train Google's models and is not used to identify you or for advertising.

Where it is stored and how long we keep it (retention)

We do not operate our own servers for this feature and do not store your photos on any server we control. Your selfie, outfit photos, the characteristics read from them, and your styling results are stored only on your device.

• On your device: This data is kept for as long as you choose to keep it — i.e., until you delete it or uninstall the app. We retain it on-device (and only on-device) for this length of time for a single reason: so the app can show you your saved face & hair read and past looks without forcing you to re-scan every time you open it. It is never stored indefinitely on a server we control, and you remain in full control: you can erase it at any moment from the app's Profile screen ("Re-scan face & hair," "Clear saved looks") or by deleting the app, which removes all of it.
• In transit to Google (Gemini AI): Your photo is transmitted to Google only at the moment you request an analysis and only for the brief time needed to generate the result. We do not retain a copy after the response is returned. Per Google's Gemini API terms, this data is not used to train Google's models; Google may process it transiently to provide and secure the service and does not use it to build a profile of you.

Third-Party Services

Our Software may use trusted third-party services that collect information to provide analytics, ads, crash reporting, and other essential functionalities. These services include but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• RevenueCat (for subscription management)
• Google Gemini (for AI-based image and text processing)

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services to better understand their data practices.

Age Restrictions

We design apps for various age groups. Depending on the app version you are using:

• General Audience Apps: suitable for users 13+.
• Adult-Oriented Apps (e.g., with mature themes or suggestive content): intended for users 18+ only.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Screen Recording (if applicable)

If our Software includes screen recording tools, recordings are saved only on your device and are never transmitted or uploaded. You maintain full control over your screen content.

Cookies

Our Software itself does not use cookies. However, some third-party tools we integrate (like ads or analytics) may use cookies to function correctly. You can accept or decline these cookies in your device or app settings.

Our Software and website may contain links to external websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These websites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites.
